«Centre for Financial Violations Research»Republican State Enterprise is set up by the Government Ordinance No 868 of 1 October, 2007, with a purpose of in-depth study of conditions, which involve financial and corrupt violations, development and adoption of new methods and technologies of audit and expert-analytical work as well as implementation of programmes on training in the system of fiscal relations.
Public administration body is the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
According to the Order of the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2010, No 1714, Centre for Financial Violations Research is certified as a scientific organization.
Centre’s mission
To promote management performance of state funds and assets in behalf of public through research on topical problems of state financial control system.
Types of Activities:
- conduction of applied scientific researches on topical issues of state financial control;
- conduction of researches in the field of economy and finance;
- analysis and expertise of amendments in budget and tax system;
- development and adoption of new methods and technologies of audit and analytical measures;
- organization and conduction of training courses and seminars for the employees of the state financial control bodies;
- issue of the State Audit quarterly financial-economic Journal;
- issue of training literature, methodological manuals in the field of state financial control.
