   On the 29th of October, 2013 in the conference room of the Accounts Committee to control the execution of the national budget a meeting of the scientific and methodological council (SMC) of the Accounts Committee under the head of SMC's deputy chairman Suprun V.V. took place.

     On the 29th of October, 2013 in the conference room of the Accounts Committee to control the execution of the national budget a meeting of the scientific and methodological council (SMC) of the Accounts Committee under the head of SMC's deputy chairman Suprun V.V. took place.
    SMC's agenda: "On the results of research carried out in 2013 by the Republican State Enterprise "Centre for Financial Violations Research" on two topics":
 - "The study of the world experience of the full coverage of the budget funds by the state financial control";
 - "The development of methodological guidance and suggestions on the regulatory framework of the pre-control (budget projects' estimation)".
    Director of the Republican State Enterprise "Centre for Financial Violations Research" of the Accounts Committee Tokhtassunov A.I. was the speaker.
The co-speaker was the member of the Accounts Committee Plotnikov K.F.
    According to the minutes № 4 from the 29th of October, 2013 it was decided to approve the results of the research conducted by the Republican State Enterprise "Centre for Financial Violations Research" on the specified topics, to complete reports on topics taking into account suggestions and comments of the Accounts Committee's members and structural divisions. The Republican State Enterprise "Centre for Financial Violations Research" was directed to provide for some suggestions on the practical implementation of the research results within a month after the adoption of the research.
